Our story
Jomaa's Pizza & Donair opened in 1990, and the kitchen has been hand-stretching dough every morning since. What started as one neighbourhood pizza shop has grown into a small family of locations across Alberta — but the recipes, the dough ratios, and the people who run the line all trace back to that original kitchen.
We don't do frozen pre-made shells. Every pizza is built to order: dough stretched by hand, sauce ladled in real time, toppings scattered the way you actually wanted them. Our donair meat is sliced fresh off the cone for every wrap and platter — never pre-portioned, never sitting under a heat lamp.
